The use of Foxtons’ own data and experience, combined with Dataloft’s extensive prime London knowledge, meant that Foxtons were able to assert their presence by sharing unique insights into this specialised market. While it is common knowledge that post-Covid, there has been a demand for larger properties with outside space, we were able to put precise numbers to the internal and external space requirements and parking demands of both buyers and renters. The report also revealed that discerning renters are prepared to pay a 31.5% price premium for prime furnished over prime unfurnished rentals. 

Prime London Reboot was unveiled at the Foxtons Private Office Launch in September 2021. Since then, it has been widely quoted in the media, including Property Industry Eye, Spears Wealth Insight Series and PrimeResi.
