After an early career that included heading a leading London property research team, and co-founding a successful investment agency business, Sandra has spent 15 years as an independent consultant providing insights into property market dynamics and economic development for clients in the public and private sector. She has a particular interest in the drivers of demand for property and the changing geography of cities. She is recognised as an expert in the economics of London property markets and has written for national newspapers including Financial Times, as well as being a regular contributor to Estates Gazette. Sandra is a research associate at Centre for London, an independent think tank, and at Future of London, a policy network focussed on urban regeneration, housing and economic development. She is also a qualified member of the RICS.
